Praying for you all constantly! Thank you for sharing your trails and your heart for it allows others to see the goodness of God in light of great pain. You are right, God is so very good despite our circumstances. However, my heart breaks for your devastation. We certainly don't understand the Lord's ways, but your ability to focus on the Truth is encouraging and uplifting. Keep shining bright for our King! Hugs and love to you both (all three)! That was amazing! I have heard you talk in person before and was highly impressed. But I must have had some onions around here too, because this talk brought tears to my eyes! Your love for Jesus, and your family is inspiring. You encourage us mama's of kiddos with CF in more ways than you can ever know. THANK YOU!!

Love hearing these amazing stories! As a mama, it reminds me that it is possible to help my daughter succeed, despite what CF throws at her. Those spontaneous family dance parties we have...ya they are a lot of fun, but they are also our exercise until we can get back out on the track. I think the snow is finally clearing, so we will be hitting the track soon.

So very blessed and thankful for the Lord for giving us inspirational people to observe as we traverse this sometimes difficult path. =)

Great post. I, like you see CF in this light. The joy that we have from having to trust our Lord from day to day is amazing. (I wouldn't mind a day or two off now and then =0) But seriously, God is so good. CF causes us to be on our knees before Him daily. It is too tough alone. I am thankful knowing that He is all knowing, all good, and ever faithful...even when it is hard or makes no sense.

He also uses the tests in our lives to give us a "test"anomy. Cf definitely provides many opportunities. Praising God through the good and the storms is an honor.

Our favorite song around here...All the Way My Savior Leads Me. What have I to ask beside, can I doubt His tender mercies, who through life has been my guide. Heavenly peace, divinest comfort er of faith in Him to dwell for I know whatever falls me, Jesus doeth all things well ." Cf is tough, and the battles that we face ahead will try to steal our joy...but All the Way My Savor Leads for His glory and our best. Check out Rich Mullins version of this song on youtube. It is amazing! (We played it on our wedding. Our life song. Then it was actually playing when our sweet cfer entered this world. God knew!)
