Hey Becca! I just came across your blog through your guest post today and I'm hooked :) Your recent tips for getting into running is awesome - I'm not a new runner at all but I've never really challenged myself to get deep into the sport, so I'm somewhat in the "newbie" phase. I'm trying to get my old ability back, but it's difficult to start from ground zero - I can't wait for more inspirational posts to read!

I make my sangria-soaked tri-pepper pasta routinely (gah, what a mouthful of a recipe name!) Pastas like these where you can pretty much use any veggie in a delish sauce always turn out to be winners!

Girl, my dog actually does spoon. Her paws on my neck and everything. It's almost freaky! I tell my long-distance boyfriend that she's just here to make sure I get plenty of love while he's gone ;)

I don't do a lot of cheese, but I do like a little blueberry vanilla chevre as something special. Smoked gouda or fresh-cut asiago are good picks too - anything that packs a sharp flavor so I dont need a lot!
