Mental health is really hard and I think the hardest part is how often we beat ourselves up for not being fine, when we "should" be. But sometimes your brain just isn't really balanced well? I can do all the right things too (exercise! good diet! stay busy!) but sometimes life is just so overwhelmingly hard to cope with.
I think it's okay to not have a "good reason" to not be okay. 💛💛
Ahh I'm glad you get some productive writing time on the weekends!! I've been struggling to stay focused while I write, but conquering every chapter is a good feel. And YAY For comics and manga!! I hope your Sept is good 🤗

YES I BEG FOR MORE ILLUSTRATIONS TOO!! This is why I love uniquely formatted books like Illuminae or The Wicker King. It's like yes please and thank you, give me some visuals to help round out the story. It makes it have a lot of depth and just enhances the storytelling, right?! So pls, universe, let adults have pictures tooooo.
aHhh CONGRATS on finishing NaNo though! I mean, I do understand totally the disappointed feels. I kind of felt like I was just putting words on paper instead of getting anything with heart out. But I also always hate my 1st drafts?! So sometimes it IS just about putting words down and then rewrites is where the real story is found. *sends you aaall the cake anyway*
