Hey Michelle,

Here is your answer... You would do Phase 1 then Phase 2. Next, you would do 3 weeks of NO Sugars or Starches, then for the 3 weeks after that, you would slowly introduce Sugars and Starches into your diet. Remember that portion control is important.

Of coarse you want to wait the proper amount of time before starting the next round ( http://www.hcg411.info/2010/05/how-long-to-wait-b... ). Then when you start the next round, you would do Phase 1, 2, and 3 just the same as the 1st time around.

I agree, once your passion turns into something that you can profit from, that's the time to treat it like a business. This is also what I do. I have 2 main blogs, this one and the HCG Diet 411 Blog www.hcg411.info The HCG blog is the one that provides most of the income, but it started as just a little project for my wife and I to do together. I couldn't be more happy about doing it.

Hello Summer,

You are definitely not alone... Headaches, especially during the 1st week, are totally normal. You are allowed to have Asprin, or eating an apple can sometimes help with headaches too.

I have not talked to anyone that has vomited because of the HCG. Do you think that you vomited because of your headache? Having a migraine or a bad headache can make a person vomit.
