I lived in Jersey for a few years.

That's how it is there, someone is always to blame, and someone always has to pay. Negligence is one thing, but seeing this a a chance to be a contestant on "How Much Can I Get From Someone?" is disgusting.

My favorite sushi place has had "Northern Pacific Sea Star" and "Wakame" on their special menu. It's quite good and they said its' availability is determined by ocean currents.
