The thing that I have always wondered is where were the police? According to this story the neighbor called 911. There was a trail of blood leading back to the house where the murderers were dismembering the body. How did the police not get there before the murderers got out?

Without knowing what was included in her "venting" posts its impossible to know whether it meets the definition of "concerted activity" or goes beyond. If her posts reached the level of "slandering the company" I would agree that she deserved to get fired. There is no expectation of privacy when you post something publicly.

It should be illegal for practicing doctors to take money from pharmaceutical companies. Its a conflict of interests plain and simple.

10am and 3pm? Was this on a work day? Those do not seem like they would be busy hours for people who need the bus the most. Try 7am and 5pm to get a fair assessment.

I received this email recently. Even if it’s not from the Snake River in the N.W. U.S. it sure is cool. Could there be another Snake River somewhere else in the world? If so, surely it’s not as grand as ours.

I wonder why he is not also charged with attempted homicide or murder? That kind of a charge seems appropriate under the circumstances as reported.
