Sheesh, I forget about the site for a few weeks and look what I miss! Looks like my guesses weren't too far off from the early roughed-in walkthrough. That odd shaped room downstairs did turn out to be a bedroom after all, and what looked like two smaller bedrooms with a shared bath in the back upstairs area turns out to be a single bedroom with a bath. Otherwise, I think I got it pretty spot-on!

Nice to see official layouts and pics! Been away since I haven't had time to drive up and take a look lately, so glad to see I didn't really need to after all. :)

Hey all! I've been super busy catching up to work since I was on vacation, so sorry to disappear so quickly after joining. I'm back now and glad to see they're posting some pics now that they've locked down the property. I'm still planning to drive up on Sunday and get photos from the perimeter. I'll take the really BIG zoom lens this time! :)

Interesting... HGTV told us September. But perhaps that's just the outside construction? They indicated they needed "a few months" to film everything and get the special edited before Jan 1.

Yep - HGTV told us (The Tribune) that it will be completed in September, then two months of furnishing and shooting photos and video for the special.

I took that room to be more of a sun room as it's entirely surrounded by HUGE windows. But it could be a "game" room too. And I haven't been up there for about a month now, so I'm sure it's evolved since I walked through it.
