I cant stand the guy, but didnt he pick some of the judges the less-than-stellar members of our state canned? This whole thing is a joke.... makes a mockery of our government, constitution and laws.

Seems like this is going to take a ton more overhead than the previous program. Eliminating educated teachers is ridiculous. I feel for all the parents trying to figure out schooling for fall, so many uncertainties right now.

"Branstad’s two-year budget plan called for cutting the state corporate income tax in half" to the tune of 200 MILLION dollars.

Then he cuts 28 million from our universities, and 28 million from our preschools.

Thanks a lot. Take away education and give the big corporations all that money saved and then some.
