There ARE law abiding citizens in the East Side neighborhood. Unfortunately they are more and more in the minority. My niece, who used to live there, still has friends there who would LOVE to move out but they can't buy a home elsewhere until they can sell their home in East Side....and who the heck is going to be stupid enough to do that? SO the friends are fighting back by calling the police every time a recognized drug dealer drives into the neighborhood, they are writing down times, makes of cars and the license numbers, who they see talking and exchanging money for "goods" with the people in the cars, what houses the trouble makers are frequenting. .... They are pretty brave because eventually the thugs are going to figure out who it is who keeps calling the police.
Once again, all White had to do was get out of the car when he was ordered to do so. Then Officer Morgan would have had no reason for trying to pull him out of the car. I hope they lock the hoodlum up for a nice long time, along with everyone else who attacked the officer and trashed the car. No wonder the law abiding citizens in the East Side Neighborhood are constantly complaining to the police and city council. They are surrounded by drug dealers and thugs.

And yet claimed White was calling for help while he couldn't breathe. Yes, you can still speak when you are being choked tho not loudly. But you cannot speak if you can't breathe. You have admitted in writing, right here, that you are a criminal. You have stated over and over you would not obey a police officer's order. Illegal. That you would encourage and applaud the beating of a police officer. Hardly the words of a "law abiding" citizen. Laugh your fat a$$ off all you want. If your actions were really as full of bravado as your writing is, your "fa" will eventually make it to jail, or the morgue. If it's the latter it would be $40,000+ a year less we truly law abiding citizens would have to shell out to support your "FA."
The video cannot be altered without it being evident. I guess you are too young to remember "Tricky Dick." And live witnesses are not reliable as proven by the one who claimed "he couldn't breathe and he asked for our help." It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to talk if you can't breathe.

Just by virtue of the fact that you would urge others to violate the law belies your claim to be "law abiding." Do you even KNOW what "law abiding" means? Rhetorical question since you have made statements again and again that PROVE you are not a "law abiding" citizen. Try looking the words up.
And I don't think they should either. And yes, every department has it's "cowboys" who think the gun and the badge give them the right to do what ever they want. But they DO have the right and the OBLIGATION to enforce the law. Mr. White was in the wrong car....driver was obstructing traffic. That's illegal, even on the East Side. Mr. White had MULTIPLE outstanding warrants. It was the officer's job to pull the vehicle over even if it was just to tell the driver what he was doing wrong. Officer Morgan recognized Mr. White, knew there were warrants outstanding and did his DUTY by ordering him out of the car. Mr. White had a LEGAL obligation to comply. When he refuse to comply, Officer Morgan attempted to arrest him. Mr. White resisted arrest, fled, and then attacked Officer Morgan. Once again, Officer Morgan would have been completely justified in pulling out AND discharging his weapon. He did not. He chose to risk his own safety by NOT using deadly force. Now, thanks to Mr White and all the criminals who attacked Officer Morgan and the so-called "reverend" (who preaches hatred and bigotry instead of the Word), Officer Morgan may just rethink his reluctance to use deadly force in the future.
Actually, what he SHOULD have done (and would have been justified in doing under the circumstances) was pull his gun and when the perp didn't stop the damn car Officer Morgan could have and SHOULD have shot him! Officer Morgan showed tremendous restraint in not doing so....and risked his own life at the same time. I don't condone officers using deadly force unless absolutely necessary but, when a suspect's actions endangers the officer's life and/or the safety of innocent bystander's (as the perp in the 2007 incident did) not only do I condone it, I encourage it.
BTW, Officer Morgan was COMPLETELY exonerated in that incident. IMNSHO, he should have gotten a medal.
