Mr. White was in the wrong car....driver was obstructing traffic. That's illegal, even on the East Side. Mr. White had MULTIPLE outstanding warrants. It was the officer's job to pull the vehicle over even if it was just to tell the driver what he was doing wrong. Officer Morgan recognized Mr. White, knew there were warrants outstanding and did his DUTY by ordering him out of the car. Mr. White had a LEGAL obligation to comply. When he refuse to comply, Officer Morgan attempted to arrest him. Mr. White resisted arrest, fled, and then attacked Officer Morgan. Once again, Officer Morgan would have been completely justified in pulling out AND discharging his weapon. He did not. He chose to risk his own safety by NOT using deadly force. Now, thanks to Mr White and all the criminals who attacked Officer Morgan and the so-called "reverend" (who preaches hatred and bigotry instead of the Word), Officer Morgan may just rethink his reluctance to use deadly force in the future.
