This is great -- thanks so much for doing this.

Am currently overweight, hurtling towards unhealthy. Had babies back-to-back, never lost the weight. The babies? Are 9 and 8.

I have become the cliche that most mock -- the fat, middle-aged mom.

I know what to do, and what I am capable of -- I just need some motherfuckin' accountability -- perhaps you will help?

A bit oversharey, but if you can't do it here, where can you do it?

I would like to commit to at least 60-minute walks 5xs a week, while incorporating more fresh foods -- any more, and I think I might set myself up for failure.

Any other suggestions or thoughts?
