In my opinion, these two "leaders" and I use this term very loosely, have no clue about law enforcement and the criminal justice system as a whole. Dumb and Dumber instead of the commissioner and mayor would be more appropriate.

Thank you! The media has nothing better to do than analyze police, especially in the Portland metro area. Officers have to make split seconds decisions daily. Who cares about the pursuit...they got the P.O.S. didn't they!!! A 40 year old loser, who has yet to outgrow his childish games.
