You can't spell either. It's "their", not "there". Perhaps you should not throw the first stone.
Gosh, I just don't know why someone hasn't already snapped this guy up...not!
Actually the Cops do know who are nightlifers and business people and who lives here and who are repeat criminals. Being misidentified as a criminal is not a big probability, unless you act skeevy and carry a weapon.
This solution will not solve everything, but as it is, the police dept is not allowed to be as affective as they could be. Right now, if they see someone doing something suspicious in an alley, they have to stop and question them and play cat-and-mouse. If the laws are changed, then they can swoop in and bust whomever "needs it" (and believe me, the police know all the usual miscreants) without wasting any time. I live in Belltown, my job keeps me looking out on the alley, and the same criminals are doing the same thing in the same alleys time after time. If they were not able to settle in, their "job "of selling drugs would be a little bit harder to do. Anything that makes it harder to commit a crime is worth it.
I'm amazed that the word "Karma" hasn't been mentioned even once.....
In my family, Thanksgiving was just an excuse to get together and overindulge on our favorite foods. No mention was made of pilgrims or giving thanks. We just had fun. But in my school, it was nonstop christian doctrine from the day after Halloween to the day after Christmas. Why do we need to carry on these tired old myths? Who are we givings thanks to?
