She's easy on the eyes, but she needs a good vocal coach. If she concentrated on acting she would probably have a brighter future in front of the camera instead of behind the mic.

Big thumbs up on the Phantasm suggestion as long as it's done right. It was one major head trip as a teen and the "word of mouth" buzz it created caused the studio to re-release it back into theaters after its initial run if I remember correctly.

What's your opinion of the rumored Hellraiser remake/reboot?

While I was watching Drive Angry it hit me that I was watching a Ghost Rider sequel minus the flaming skull and chopper. After a while it didn't bother me because William Fichtner's character, The Accountant, kept it entertaining.

If WB wants to get a Justice League movie to the big screen the GL sequel is inevitable. Marvel beat them to the punch by setting up the major players for The Avengers in their own movies.

If you haven't seen "Jose Chung's Doomsday Defense" from Chris Carter's other series Millennium, you should check it out. It's a hilarious parody of a certain religious group, referred to as Selfosophists in the episode, that's very popular among the Hollywood crowd.

"Jose Chung's From Outer Space" was the one with Charles Nelson Reilly and definitely one of the best episodes of the series.

My other favorite episodes are "Home", "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose", "Pusher", "Humbug", and I never looked at a portable toilet the same way after watching "The Host".

It's a complicated situation between Ukraine and the Russians due to the Russian lease of naval facilities in Sevastopol, Ukraine in exchange for discounted natural gas from Russia. The NATO led Operation Sea Breeze gets cancelled from time to time, and the country's flirtation with entering NATO led Putin to allegedly declare that Russia would annex Eastern Ukraine and Crimea if it happened. You can't buddy up to your supplier's sometime adversary if you want heat and hot water during the winter.

However, the decision to rename the movie for Ukrainians makes little sense considering that both "Gone with the Wind" and "Forrest Gump" are hugely popular over there. The only anti-Americanism I ever encountered in Ukraine came from an Aussie.

A couple of years ago I was sitting in a hotel room in Moscow flipping through the channels trying to understand the pa Russkie that was being spoken on the TV and failing miserably. Then I happened to turn to a program that looked familiar. So here's a couple of clips of the Russkie version that translates to Happy Together.
