first off name calling has nothing to do with the validity of an argument unless it's the basis of an argument. you heard that some where that if some one insults another during a debate it means they have a nothing really valid to say so you accept that as a reference point. that's idiotic thinking. insults and name calling can stem from many different sources. his statements and lack of candor enrages me so my anger comes out in an insult. the fact that one can be so removed from what is acceptable behavior makes it my duty to call him a fuck head. do you think drill sergeants who scream obscenities at recruits means they don't know what they are instructing?
so you've painted me into a corner. it is his opinion that we should lighten up when it comes to jokes about 9/11-ground zero. it is my logical assumption that since he doesn't condemn it, he's okay with it, which in my book is just as bad as thinking its funny.
but no i can't chill when i think of people forgetting what happened that day. and if you don't think that twitter hack and content was out of line and you are not offended by it, you have forgotten.

don't put words in his mouth is another way of saying don't make him responsible for his words. if he said 2+2=4 than i can gather he means 3+1=4. that's not putting words in his mouth, that's following the logical meaning of subject. if he thinks joking/pranking about ground zero if okay, than he's open to jokes about 9/11. they are one in the same. that is a FACT. my opinion is that he is a complete asshole that applauds completely distasteful humor that he wouldn't normally do out in the open. we can agree to disagree on that if you like.

you are making your argument on the assumption that i am okay with making light and fun of every other tragedy except 9/11. you would be wrong to do so. it's only that i don't see pricks making fun of the other tragedies. but instead of standing against those that did it, you gave this long rant that complains about my anger and distain for jokes about ground zero which is the representation of 9/11.
you are right, there is probably more horrors to come and there will be even more tragedies in the future. that is why i try to hold on to the sanctity of life as long as possible.
