Actually arson only applies to dwelling houses, anything else is burning whatever that property is.
Why doesn't DSS become involved in an investigation of a mother that commits a serious violation of the law, assault on an officer, in the presence of her 4 year old child. I am also sure there will be other defendant's in court that day, accepting responsibility for their actions, that would love to have the outpouring of support for the self admitted violator of the law. I find it incredible that people such as Ms. Ramsey can find fault in the officer for his "lack of professionalism" while he is enforcing the law and she, in her daughter's presence, takes the seat belt off after being cited for a similar offense, and lord only knows the language that was being used inside that car as she drove away, in her daughter's presence, and then flings the door open striking the officer, in her daughter's presence. For a seat belt ticket...............WOW, and THUG in the name of justice is to the rescue.........of whom?

I was going to remain mute on this one, because it really isn't news worthy when a pedophile dies, except for the children that are forever spared. Deadfan3, that innocent until proven guilty stuff works in a court room and for a nice tag line on COPS. But for the sake of arguing with you, if you witnessed a crime take place and for whatever reason a jury finds the violator not guilty does that make him not guilty. The court of law gets it right sometimes, but sometimes it is what it is. Good post Radioking, 30 years or 25 who's counting.....good riddance!
Mother of the kids while they are at it, maybe they can ask Gooden also, something like "Mr. Gooden were you doing anything wrong?" and maybe we will hear something like "Nah, I was there and we were conducting bible study when in came the police, shooting and beating people" I would give a ridiculous statement like that the same value I am giving your's that the police were beating children with chairs. ZERO! Concentrate on making the lives of your children as positive, honest, and enjoyable as possible and don't be a role model that will have them continuing the same lifestyle, and we will all benefit.
I'm sure there are good lawyers in town, heck many of them choose to sound off in these blogs, find one of them. Sue the police, the city, the sheriff, the county, highway patrol, hell sue DSS, the school system, the neighbors, the parents of the officers for not raising them right, sue everybody you deserve it!
So you were there too then? What were you doing there with all that stuff going on? And you say you didn't know what was going on there? You sure seem to know what went on there last night! A man shot 4 no reason at all, out of control officers bust in and put up a beat down on poor defenseless people. What was your vantage point to all of this?
