I find it incredible that people such as Ms. Ramsey can find fault in the officer for his "lack of professionalism" while he is enforcing the law and she, in her daughter's presence, takes the seat belt off after being cited for a similar offense, and lord only knows the language that was being used inside that car as she drove away, in her daughter's presence, and then flings the door open striking the officer, in her daughter's presence. So, with this logic in mind, a police officer encounters an armed bank robber, the only person with a deadly weapon is the officer. And you propose the Concord Police killed the lady, WOW!!!!! Well, you don't shoot shoplifters because they don't pose a threat to the officers or society, and well, speeders don't get shot because an ordinary person that is caught speeding pulls over when being stopped by the police because they have nothing else to hide and that is what an ordinary person does. I know highly educated, well trained officers that engage in pursuit, and yes they do know when to disengage the chase, but it doesn't mean they won't attempt to apprehend those that flee, and you know at 130 mph, all of that changes in the blink of an eye, try it sometime and then be my guest at being critical of those that do.
