Oregon has a problem with funds. How can I give money to the state when I see so much waste! This is getting old! Stop and think of the programs that are a waste to tax payers. Oregon is greedy and there is no way I'm going to vote yes on this!

Ok, I agree... I understand the concern of Pit Bulls. I have seen dogs, elderly people and children get attacked by these dogs and in nearly all the cases the owner is on parole or probation for drugs or some type of violent crime. We need to put laws in place to NOT allow criminals to possess these dogs. Just like weapons no Pit Bulls for convicts. These dogs require constant care and responsibility..
