I understand the concern of Pit Bulls. I have seen dogs, elderly people and children get attacked by these dogs and in nearly all the cases the owner is on parole or probation for drugs or some type of violent crime. We need to put laws in place to NOT allow criminals to possess these dogs. Just like weapons no Pit Bulls for convicts. These dogs require constant care and responsibility..
