What this jibber jabber means is that none of the guaranteed money going to the state will be used for the bridge and that is not right. They are going to roll the dice on a "grant" that we may or may not get. If Perdue and Coates really cared about the bridge they would use the sure thing funds.
No one read the article right. By policies they just going to make you all hook up required and pay for it by frontage fees. Moorseville road group backed them in the corner and they will just have to do it. You all made your bed and will have to deal with the large water hookup bills and wont have any choice about it. Bet they will increase county rates because of you all too. My water bill is going to go up because of what you all did. Subdivision folks that live right outside the city will have hurt us all.
