By policies they just going to make you all hook up required and pay for it by frontage fees. Moorseville road group backed them in the corner and they will just have to do it. You all made your bed and will have to deal with the large water hookup bills and wont have any choice about it. Bet they will increase county rates because of you all too. My water bill is going to go up because of what you all did. Subdivision folks that live right outside the city will have hurt us all. Just wait and see.
