Where are all the normally vocal media buyers/planners that seem to constantly be battling for traditional media $$$ chanting the merits of targeted reach and engagement (you can tell I've heard it a few times...). Very disappointed.

Love the twitter option also. I flagged Messenger as we've had several discussions around how the channel can be used in a broader social context. Especially in light of twitter and recent changes to facebook status updates.

Are you able to share any stats or insights on how the service is tracking?
