Most Washington drivers do the same. Too bad we can't send out drivers down to Socal for a little training on how to get down the road. (And I'm a WA native).

Sounds like a loser, but he was probably just protesting the BC law which requires a 7 day mandatory impound for speeding 25 mph (40 km/h) over the limit. Thank god our nanny state hasn't come to this yet:

•Exceeding the driving limit by more than 40 km/h— $368 fine plus the driver will receive three penalty points on his or her driving record.

Excessive speeding will also result in the immediate impoundment of the vehicle you are driving and costs:
•seven days for a first offence plus towing and storage costs – at least $210

Why doesn't the guy that is "pushing" you go into the left passing lane to get around you?

Give me a break. Revenue collection, okay. Jail for 105 mph, please. This nanny state is ridiculous.

Faster than a Jaguar E-Type or a Porsche 356 around an Autocross course too:

The only revenue the state has generated from speeding tickets I received in the last 10 years have come from the taxes that my traffic attorney has paid. Jeannie Mucklestone has beat every single ticket I have sent her. I'm pretty certain that a ticket written to me is a net deficit for the state once you factor in the court costs.

If you get a ticket, you don't have to roll over and pay it, and then pay higher insurance costs. Send it to a traffic attorney and you have a good shot at the ticket being dismissed. Send it to Jeannie Mucklestne and you have an even better chance of it being dismissed,

I'm sure his ample bank account (courtesy Goldman Sachs) makes his high horse quite comfortable. Amazing it took him 13 years to figure it out.

That's really sad. Rest in peace Mr. Slocum.
