At the rate they are going America, as we knew it, will not exist for much longer

Like GB said this is starting to sound like the Weimar Republic and I do not have a wheelbarrow's worth of money to buy my bread with.

The very essence of being American is of the ability to question our government and change those that hold these positions of trust and responsibility when the election process rolls around for the positions they hold. Personally I believe we should hold a national election for all congressional seats (House and Senate) with the stipulation that if you are now sitting in these elected offices you cannot be a candidate for these offices again!
