Correct. UltraSn0w works on all iPhone 3Gs, irrespective of bootloaders, basebands etc.

You don't need to be concerned; there was a bug in the first release where the latest iPod Touch firmware wasn't being recognised. This has been fixed. No other changes are in this second release.
