He is selling the software. Even an unlock service is prohibited as we license the software for use in a non commercial environment.

No. If you can't use Cydia or installer to install yellowsn0w then you don't need the unlock that badly.

We'll announce when it is released. Don't waste your time searching for it in the repos. We always announce the release of any of our software on our blog simultaneously. We like fun with some cryptic messages, but we don't want you guys to waste your time.
