He didn't show the gun while demanding the money. She may still have been unwise, but I'm just sayin', the facts from previous articles were that he demanded the money, then she pulled his mask off, then he pulled the gun out and shot.

So she can't remember EVERY time. I can't remember every time and what date and time it was and how long it lasted. Sheesh. I guess there's no proof that I've ever had sex then. Well, except for the kids...

Just curiously, why didn't the store management call 911 when the woman reported this? She went into the parking lot afterward to call the police, probably because it did no good to report it to management?

Thank you for standing up and posting so many times that we really are not getting the whole story. I almost wish the D.C. would have reported fewer facts, rather than just enough facts to make us doubt. It could have been a short article saying Hilty was convicted of raping his 20 year old babysitter, and any additional information is being withheld to protect her. But, I guess the DC wants to sell more papers, so they have to make the articles stir up controversy. Kind of like the morning radio shows. Journalism at its best.
