Thank you for standing up and posting so many times that we really are not getting the whole story. I almost wish the D.C. would have reported fewer facts, rather than just enough facts to make us doubt. It could have been a short article saying Hilty was convicted of raping his 20 year old babysitter, and any additional information is being withheld to protect her. But, I guess the DC wants to sell more papers, so they have to make the articles stir up controversy. Kind of like the morning radio shows. Journalism at its best.

I agree with you that your chances of getting into trouble are less if you stay at home. I'm just saying that for a person who is not an alcoholic, it would be possible to decide to stay at home and follow through. For people who have "issues" with alcohol, it will probably not work to follow through on their decision to stay home. Somehow that's their intention to begin with (like promising to only have 2 drinks and then stop) but they can't control it.

Ergo, there are many, many other places to live if you don't like it here. I'm not usually one to say that, but why do people move here and then want to change it to be the same as everywhere else?
