LOL!!! Yeah! I love this song, it's a rockin' butt-kicking message to those who have been Obamatized - WAKE UP!!!
At least that was how I interpreted it...

LOL!! First of all, I think that there are plenty of new/recent musicians/bands that are quite talented and worthy of a listen. As for The Beatles vs The Stones, I think that they are really from two different genres, don't you? The Beatles were more pop whereas The Stones were more rock. The Beatles were clean cut and The Stones were rough and tumble. As for the outcome of the butt kicking, I think that The Stones would have said, "Hey, you, get off of my cloud!", and then left them Shattered, Torn and Frayed ;)

I love Metallica, Staind, and Pearl Jam. The Stones are good, too, and even closer to my generation, but, I really like the new stuff...

My husband still rocks out and I am trying to convince him to go to a big rock show with me next month in Tampa. Alice in Chains, Limp Bizkit, Puddle of Mudd, Sevendust, Hell Yeah!, and others... I would like to go just to see AIC... don't worry about what your husband thinks, I got over that a long time ago. I like what I like, and if somebody doesn't like it, that's their problem... :)
