Lets see...

Dinner Jacket and his regime enforce strict gun control on their population. Lefty Dems (including Cole) support strict gun control measures aimed at the citizenry of the US, including fire-arms confiscation.

Dinner Jacket and his regime strictly regulate the freedom of expression, Lefty Dems (including Cole) support campus speech codes, hate crime laws, campaign finace reform, the Fairness Doctrine, etc., all of which would/have impede(ed) one's freedom of expression.

Dinner Jacket and his regime have recently cozied up to every Marxist/Communist dictator that Latin America has to offer, a tactic being employed by Lefty Dems such as our Dear Leader and surely supported by Juan Cole.

Who do you think Dinner Jacket would feel more comfortable sitting face to face with? Rush Limbaugh or Juan Cole?

Yup, Jacket is one hell of a far-right-wing fire breathing bible thumping wing-nut!

Great post, but I believe the underlying reason for silence regarding abuses of women, homosexuals, children, sub-Saharan Africans, etc. vis a vie Muslims is simply fear. Musician's and Hollywood can turn out song's and scripts that paint Christianity in the most vile manner imaginable, and the worst repercussions that such "artists" may endure is an idle death threat, that should and would be investigated and the individual prosecuted if captured. More likely, the response consists of "nasty letters" published in a local rag's editorial section, or if the story goes national, than maybe Bill O'Reilly gets into the act (and this is just what the "artists" are counting on, for without such free publicity, such passé juvenile crap would never sell).

Go and publish the image of Mohammed in a cartoon strip and witness the murder of 100 people, including a Catholic priest...all in the name of Islam.

Write a fictional book about Islam and live in hiding for the rest of your life.

Create a film critical about Islam and lose your head...literally.

Well, killgore trout's usefulness ranks right up there with male...anyway...

Chuck's rep started heading south when he took on Robert Spencer, but the fire-works were still limited to the audiece's of LGF, JihadWatch, Gates of Vienna and Atlas. I don't believe Robert has every mentioned Chuck's gutter tactics anywhere else besides this site, and that speaks well of Robert's character, considering he has a much bigger microphone when appearing on various radio and TV programs. However, Chuck picked the wrong fight when he decided to smear Glenn Beck, the same Glenn Beck who is employed by Fox News and speaks to several million people every week-day night. Goodnight Chuck.

Actually, the Fitzgerald's of the world NEED Iraq to fail, in order to support their notion that any interaction AT ALL with a Muslim nation is a fools mission at best. Am I under the impression that Iraq will ever become a model of tolerance and democracy rivaling the U.S.? No, and hardly anyone else believes such nonsense, including those dastardly "neo-cons". Lets again, remind the Hugh's of the world what a wonderful "stop-gate" Saddam was...

Saddam attempted to construct a nuclear weapons program in the early 1980's, and but for the Israelli's taking action, we might be looking at an even nastier M.E. than we have today.

Saddam gave save transport, medical attention, and training to numerous terrorists and terrorist organizations, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and yes, even Al-Qaeda...but it never was an "operational relationship", just ask Hugh or Hillary Clinton.

More later...

This country still goes to war only with the support of Congress, and Saudi Arabia was not on the menu. And maggot, 4 investigations delving into pre-war intel, including 3 that were non-partisan, found NO EVIDENCE of deception. And I don't know of an "Aftganistan", but I do know that President Bush went after Osama and Co. and promptly caught or killed 85% of their leadership within the first year. Your a cretin, so I would not expect you to remember this, but Bush's predecessor had Osama essentially handed to him, pre 9-11, and failed to act. Funny how a puke-ridden piece of filth like yourself fails to mention that. President Bush was wrong to refer to Islam as a religion of peace, but in that regard, which modern leader of a western democracy has not made the same bogus claim? The US has dealt with the M.E. in many different ways, including real politik via Reagan in Iraq and surrender in Lebanon, and complete dhimmi-tude during the Carter Administration. Bush tried something different, maybe it will work, maybe it won't. The payoff would be long-lasting if it did, which is something none of the other attempts could ever promise.

Yup, and Ron Paul appeared on that lunatics radio show 7 times prior to the last Presidential election. But Ron is no TROOFER, just ask him!

When you close your eyes and listen to Obama and his minions, our foreign policy rhetoric could easily be construed as that of Russia or China. We have fallen that far in less than 6 months. Unreal.

Mousavi behind the 1983 attack in Lebanon that killed 243 Marines and 60+ French peace keepers?

From the CQ article...

Mousavi, prime minister for most of the 1980s, personally selected his point man for the Beirut terror campaign, Ali Akbar Mohtashemi-pur, and dispatched him to Damascus as Iran’s ambassador, according to former CIA and military officials.
The ambassador in turn hosted several meetings of the cell that would carry out the Beirut attacks, which were overheard by the National Security Agency

Ron Paul's obliviousness about life in general never ceases to amaze. And remember, Dr., Professor, Congressman, Paul is a big fan of the Alex Jones show...managed to be interviewed by that lunatic 6 or 7 times during the election run-up in 2008. But Dr., Professor, Congressman Paul is no TROOFER!, just ask his pals over at Infowars!

You compare the "parties" in Iran to the Democrat and Republican parties in the US...and you do so seriously? I would not slander the Democratic party with such BS, and I can't stand their current political platform. And if we are going to discuss American politics, lets attempt to keep the conversation accurate. The two issues you mentioned, with a few RINO exceptions, are OWNED by one pary. Care to take a guess which party I'm referring to?
