So IF things are fair to how they treat us everyday folk vs protecting their own, the prosecutors can go after him with no witnesses or evidence and get a guilty verdict.

My brother was found guilty of DV even though his GF tried to tell the prosecutor it was false allegations from a "witness" who was a block away and saw them rolling on the ground. The "witness" claimed my brother was stomping the GF head into the ground with his booted foot. Guess what? No marks, no dirt, no evidence and they arrested my brother anyway and charged him with 4th degree DV with an uncooperating "victim" who adamantly denied any abuse. Yet because this "witness" from a block away is a well know public defender, the prosecutor went after him like a rabid dog. My brother ended up doing an Alford plea (pleading guilt without admitting any wrong doing) as he saw it as a no win situation.

He is now on probation and every single review hearing, the prosecutor portrays him as a monster, constantly claiming he stomped the "victims" head in the ground and beat her horribly, even though there was absolutely no evidence and the "victim" refused to cooperate with the city.

About time! Since we have the Democrats pushing their own social issues, let them sink themselves trying to tell us all what to eat, how big our sodas can be, what kind of cars we can drive etc.

Focus on the ECONOMY!!!

So who is blaming the big banks? Seems the COLLEGES and STATE GOVERNMENTS are pushing this just as much as the banks.

And I find it hypocritical of the government complaining about bank interest rates when state and fed governement charges 25% or higher on tax debts owed!

You do realize 1) this case occured and was file BEFORE McKenna took AG ofiice and 2) DSHS management reports to their boss, Governor Gregoire. Since Mckenna took office, changes have been made to better protect DSHS legally, all the AG's office does is handle LEGAL issues, not management.
