Since they are banning plastic bags are they allowing paper ones?

At times I shop with my girls (one is 8mths), I alreay have to carry a baby bag plus my purse. I cant fathom having to carry anything extra. Guess no more grocery shopping in Edmonds.

Im assuming that they at least have the womans name since she was the one that checkin in. Its most likely a friend or family member of his, I couldn't imagine anyone else trying to help this POS escape.
