Absolutely, either it is privacy for all or no privacy at all when it comes to video taken of public incidents. The police in Seattle are just trying to protect themselves and have no desire to change the way they operate.
Other evidence included the fact that he told the police he saw the knife in her back even though she was found on her back and the knife was not visible, foot prints found where the murder took place were vibram soles that matched the boots that Jim was wearing (they were not common then, only people that were hikers or had money bought them as they were only available at REI at the time) and he had told another person right after the murder happened that he had killed a girl and he could kill again. It sure seems that there was quite a bit of evidence against him When I talked to the prosecuter I asked her why he hadn't been charged earlier, her response - she didn't know, she would have had him charged almost immediately.
And another reason why I don't trust "representatives of the people", they only represent a few people not the majority.
The word 'marriage' was coined in the thirteenth century. The Catholic Church defined the word 'marriage' during the Council of Trent in the mid sixteenth century. As for homosexual love, other cultures have existed throughout history that not only considered homosexual love normal but considered it essential (think Sparta). In regards to legal marriage Justinian Law was the first to define what we call marriage today and issued their version of a wedding license and nowhere did it mention one man and one woman, as a matter of fact they permitted same sex marriages between men (it dealt with taxes and property). BTW, if homosexual love is not normal why do so many species have it?
I hope that the victim was not badly injured and that he makes a full recovery.

What is a motoryclist? And what does "topped behind" mean? And was it a motorcycle or a bicycle?
As for Constitutional Rights: He could have turned himself in and faced the charges in a Court of Law. It was his decision to continue to attempt attacks on the US. He chose not to exercise his Rights, bad decision on his part, good decision on the part of the US Government. Two down, many more to go.
