A1 deutschkurs is only one month to finish if you live in Salzburg I know a school who offer intensive A1 course. I think you can finish it in no time. When I went to school for A2 as a part of integration agreement my baby is also one month old. I think you can still finish the deutschkurs around August it will give you an ample time to apply for resident permit. Resident permit usually takes only 14 days to finish if your requirements are ok.

I think you can ask the fremde polizei in your Bezirk about your case, if they will allow you to apply for residence visa without the A1 Certificate.

Hello your case nangyari na sa kaibigan ng ate ko kasal na sila sa Pinas papunta sya ng US hanggang ngayon di pa naaapprove ang visa nya. So i think kung sakaling madeny ka ang maipapayo ko na lang sayo is convince your bf to move to the Philippines kung talagang gusto mo syang makasama. With his pension mabubuhay naman kayo ng maayos. Or pwede siguro kayong magfile ng appeal bakit narefuse ang visa nyo.

I am not sure kung pwede ka na doon mag-aral since di ka pa kasal sa magiging asawa mo but I think it's possible. Upon application be sure apply the maximum lenght of visa yung 6 months.
Saan pala and destination mo? If your husband lives in the area of Salzburg or Vienna madali lang magdeutschkurs dito sa Austria kasi sa mga city maraming private school for that. Ask your husband to search for school as soon as possible in time for your arrival, para di masayang ang araw mo at di abutin ng expiration ang visa mo. I had a classmate here in deutschkurs from Laos hindi natapos ang deutschkurs nya within 6 months she went back to Laos for another visa. Be sure to have the A1 certificate at least two months before your visa expires. After ng kasal iparenew mo agad ang passport mo kung gagamitin mo yung apelyido ng asawa mo kasi need ng BH or fremde polizei dito na current ang apelyido mo sa passport.
One of my reader Ann took the exam even without finishing the deutschkurs so do not worry kahit di pa tapos ang deutschkurs, basta kaya mo na magexam you can take the exam.

Yes ganyan talaga una mong step is to get the date of marriage at para makakuha ka need mo ng legalized birth cert at Cenomar.
