A1 deutschkurs is only one month to finish if you live in Salzburg I know a school who offer intensive A1 course. I think you can finish it in no time. When I went to school for A2 as a part of integration agreement my baby is also one month old. I think you can still finish the deutschkurs around August it will give you an ample time to apply for resident permit. Resident permit usually takes only 14 days to finish if your requirements are ok.

Hello your case nangyari na sa kaibigan ng ate ko kasal na sila sa Pinas papunta sya ng US hanggang ngayon di pa naaapprove ang visa nya. So i think kung sakaling madeny ka ang maipapayo ko na lang sayo is convince your bf to move to the Philippines kung talagang gusto mo syang makasama. With his pension mabubuhay naman kayo ng maayos. Or pwede siguro kayong magfile ng appeal bakit narefuse ang visa nyo.

I am not sure kung pwede ka na doon mag-aral since di ka pa kasal sa magiging asawa mo but I think it's possible. Si Ann one of the readers here sa Vienna na din sya na nagaral dun na din sya nag apply ng resident permit ang kaibahan nyo lang kasal na sya. Pero i think payagan ka naman na dito mag-aral. Upon application be sure apply the maximum lenght of visa yung 6 months. Saan pala and destination mo? If your husband lives in the area of Salzburg or Vienna madali lang magdeutschkurs dito sa Austria kasi sa mga city maraming private school for that. Pero kung medyo liblib ang pupuntahan mo at ang nag-ooffer lang ng deutschkurs ang Vochhochschule or VHS like sa kinaroroonan ko ngayon deutschkurs takes 4-7 months, medyo matagal. Ask your husband to search for school as soon as possible in time for your arrival, para di masayang ang araw mo at di abutin ng expiration ang visa mo. I had a classmate here in deutschkurs from Laos hindi natapos ang deutschkurs nya within 6 months she went back to Laos for another visa. Be sure to have the A1 certificate at least two months before your visa expires. After ng kasal iparenew mo agad ang passport mo kung gagamitin mo yung apelyido ng asawa mo kasi need ng BH or fremde polizei dito na current ang apelyido mo sa passport. One of my reader Ann took the exam even without finishing the deutschkurs so do not worry kahit di pa tapos ang deutschkurs, basta kaya mo na magexam you can take the exam.

Yes ganyan talaga una mong step is to get the date of marriage at para makakuha ka need mo ng legalized birth cert at Cenomar.

hi raisa, may entry ako how to legalize CENOMAR and birth certificate here is the link. http://filipina-and-austrian-marriage.blogspot.co... ... advice ko lang make sure very new ang copy mo ng cenomar and birth certificate kasi it takes 3-9 weeks ang paglelegalize ng paper. And make sure nakared ribbon ang mga documents na to bago mo ipalegalize sa embassy. Just read the entry in blog for the remaining information... Taga saan ka pala dito sa Austria if you don't mind.

Sorry late reply I am preparing for A2 Deutsch prufung here in Austria, yes pwede mo pagsabayin if you already have the visa appointment you can bring the non legalized birth certificates and pay the appropriate payments then they will legalized... although this will not speed up your process they will process your papers once the papers are legalized.

Hello Raisa, Kailangan mo ng electronic invitation (elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung) from your fiance, he can go to the nearest local aliens police for that, then kailangan mo din schedule of Marriage sa Austria he can get a schedule of that from his city Standesamt. Kailangan mo din ng proof of accommodation sa Austria kung nagrerent sya ito yung Mietvertrag or Contract of Rent, or kung sarili ang bahay kelangan ng title ng house. Kung nadivorce sya kelangan mo din ng copy of his divorce decree. Need mo ng travel insurance din pwede sa Malayan Insurance or dun sa country ng husband mo kumuha like insurance ng Wiener Städtische. At saka flight reservation. By the way in order for you to get a schedule of marriage in Austria kelangan ng magiging husband mo ang birth certificate mo at CENOMAR, some Standesamt need german translation some are not. They only accept translation from Austria. So you need to send this document to your husband para makapagpaschedule kayo ng kasal. Hope this helps.

I apologize I can not give my friends email. She did what was in the website in Austrian Embassy in Manila that's all. Residence can be approve between to 3-6 months only not years. If you want to come here immediately I suggest the National Visa with the purpose of getting married in Austria, it will takes only a month or two to process.
