I'm reading what you are writing too and like DevilsAdv I am asking what they are taking away from you? Nobody has answered that question in here so how can anyone understand your perspective and what you are fighting for unless you explain it?

Name calling certainly doesn't solve or help your argument. Take a deep breath, take a step back, and gain some perspective.

I do not feel sorry for them either. I work for a good company but I have to pay a large portion of my medical. We do not have a retirement plan but they will put in 3% into my 401k as long as I put in 6%.

By no means from everyone I have talked to and what I have read does it appear they are getting the shaft. It seems like a reasonable offer especially in today's economy.

Come work for a regular company and see how "unreasonable & unfair" you have it.

I do not work for Boeing but I have lots of friends and family who do. This has been some interesting reading.

I have one questionn and that is how come nobody will answer DevilsAdv's question of what are the Takeaways? He has asked over and over and nobody will address it. So now I am going to ask it. What are the Takeaways?
