I work for a good company but I have to pay a large portion of my medical. We do not have a retirement plan but they will put in 3% into my 401k as long as I put in 6%. By no means from everyone I have talked to and what I have read does it appear they are getting the shaft. It seems like a reasonable offer especially in today's economy. Come work for a regular company and see how "unreasonable & unfair" you have it. So once again what are your takeaways?
