After installing SBSettings, every app now runs at a 1/4 of the normal screen size. Be warned

*EDIT*
No way to uninstall through Cydia as most of the screen doesn't respond to touch. Think a restore may be the only solution. Bugger

You can't downgrade your baseband.
You can however downgrade your firmware if you backup up your files through Cydia.

But restoring from a backup won't remove the jailbreak right? As long as nothing goes wrong

Downgraded sucessfully. But is it safe to restore from a 3.1 backup? Or should I set up as a new phone?
I don't want to loose all my contacts etc.

Right click "Notepad"
Choose "Run as administrator"
That should work fine.
