That is good news but I'm sort of pessimistic when it comes to the government doing the right thing. :(

Take our politicians to court? I was just wondering what the possibility of doing this is? Did not every member of the house and senate swear to uphold the constitution and have not? I just wonder if taking them to court for not doing what they swore to do was possible? It seems to be they have violated what they swore to do. -just a thought, I'm not a lawyer.
