I don't think that people are pro-choice because the government says abortion is legal. There were lots of abortions while it was illegal, and there would be plenty if it were made illegal again. People aren't all sheep - many people have deeply held beliefs that agree with the government sometimes and disagree other times. Not everyone who is pro-choice or pro-life is a "sheeple".

It's not the same thing to a liberal. People who are pro-choice don't see abortion as murder. They think that unborn babies aren't people in the same sense that you are I are people. It might appear to be the same thing to you, but it's not to them.

Labeling pro-choice people as "loons" doesn't really help, does it? There are loons on both sides of the debate, and sane people, too.

Are you saying that people who build bombs (he was caught with bomb-making equipment and his ex-wife testified that he planned to build a bomb) and kill people shouldn't be watched? There are freaky terrorists out there, whether ultra-right-wing Christians, crazy Muslims or weird animal-rights people. I'm pleased that our government is watching out for these guys.

I don't think it's fair to call Muslim convert left wing. I tend to doubt that he's pro-choice, in favor of women's or gay rights or opposed to religion in the public square. Just because he's a Muslim doesn't make him a left-winger. He's probably one of the most right wing people out there. Just a different religion.

Anyway, I've heard plenty about the guy and outrage on all the channels. I wonder what you're looking for that you haven't seen.

It's a conspiracy, I tell ya! Except that the murder of the recruiter was covered on CNN and MSNBC. Did anyone on CNN or MSNBC call for the killing of our soldiers? You gotta be kidding.
