Can they go ahead and pass the spending bill with articles of impeachment attached to it? You know he won't read the bill, so he maybe he will; "have to sign the bill to find out what is in it."

Funny how they have a HUGE infrastructure to spy on AMERICAN CITIZENS; but secure the border or add half as many people to the border security, nope.

I was speaking with a buddy of mine a couple or weeks ago and he is a cop. He said in the last year they have had 15 illegals he was involved with the arrest. Out of that 15 only 1 was picked up by ICE because he wanted in MEXICO. The other were never picked up by ICE and were released to not be seen again. Couple were drunk drivers, two sets or B & E with one having the owner on the property, one assault.

It seems like the illegal community is being used as a weapon or tool against the American citizens for some purpose....

That would be fine, but l lean conservative not this neocon liberal crap. If they get there and jump back on this progressive crap (which Bush was a light version) then we are in trouble, it will be the same ole, same ole. I hope the republican wimps took some lessons from the old Natsy Pelosi and don't squander power like they did on 2005-2006. They could have cut the head off the credit bubble which was wimpy attempted in 2004 and not pursued when they got control of the house and senate.

Geezz.. He is going to Seoul and then to Yokohama and it took 34 Navy ships for him to go to India. That's another 64 ships between Korea and Japan; do we have any on normal duty, doing what they are supposed to be doing in the region?

I agree, but go to the charter schools that work, I am from South Bend where Patrick Bauer represents. The schools are terrible and Bauer is one of the cheerleaders of how great they are even when the state education department put a two of the high schools under "double secret probation" and threatened to take them over.

SBCSC has a graduation rate around 70% (which I think is overstated), the state average is like 82%, they spend $11,600 which is about $1500 more per child than PHM schools for the last school year with almost twice as many students. I am sure PHM is graduates a student that cannot read like that has been done here in South Bend on mass scale, and unfortunately I know one. When I graduated from SBCSC, my high school class graduation rate was under 63%. This is not funny anymore with a dying city that could not attract business in good times and with the current direction of the economy there will not be any new businesses coming to town when the education system is a joke. The city cannot survive on its largest employers being Memorial hospital, Norte Dame and OMG South Bend schools without federal and state government handouts.

I am convinced this guy is on crack. The election was a referendum on his far left insanity. Yes, all Americans want bigger welfare checks Mr. President and just ramp up the printing presses and the rest of the world won't care, because all Americans do not want a job...

When I wrote this I had a pretty good idea this was going national and it did. People should know how there local government and schools fail them and these stats made it easy for the national reader to see what a “great” job another school systems does. I probably offended the lazy teachers or lazy government employees, but I really don’t care because they need to either quite or start earning their money and benefits. I am so tired of hearing the poor plight of teachers when the fruits of their labor in this town is terrible…. The SBSC graduation rate is awful…period. I forgot this in my original post; didn’t the state of Indiana take over two of the four high schools because they were awful??

Btw: The illiterate graduate of South Bend Schools that I mentioned hit all the high marks in life, menial job…jail…welfare…jail… welfare… And yes, I want to thank all of those lazy teachers for passing the problem on 20 years ago and not fixing when they could…
