The way we should be stopping these gun runners is by using drones and blowing their cars up once they cross the border into Mexico.

I'm sorry. How many firearms were involved in the "New Black Panther voter intimidation"?

And people will be going to prison for aggravated murder when that happens.

PS - legislation won't stop this crime. It's already a crime to come in and trash other peoples belongings. It's also a crime to commit theft.

Citizens just need to grab a few of them when this happens and beat the holy **** out of them. When they have to eat their meals through tubes for a few years, they'll look back as adults and think "Wow, this was really dumb!"

Until people draw the line with force, this isn't going to stop.

I wish they would charge these kids with Domestic Terrorism and ship them off in black hoods and zip ties to Guantanamo Bay. They don't deserve trials, just perpetual imprisonment in chain link cages!

Except that making it easier for an individual to be detained for a mental and physical health evaluation should be a lot more straight forward than it currently is in Oregon. You can't just bring someone before a judge unless they have made a serious attempt to commit suicide. If someone is simply cutting themselves and scrawling hateful messages, they are free to do so with no recourse until they murder someone.

That is the problem, at least in Oregon. In washington, it may indeed be different. Obviously, something like that could be abused, btu it's going to be very easy to determine if someone has been cutting themselves.
