You are correct. Groping carries a harsher sentence then killing. Anyone disagree just look up the RCW sentencing guide lines. I see this as the future for printed media. Now if Amazon/Sony can bring down the price of these eReaders and put one in everyone's hands.
This is it, it's a revamp of the WSP site. The King and Pierce sites are still up. Seems like a waste of tax payers money to maintain so many databases, why not combine them into one state wide and make it a combined effort between city, county, and state to maintain it.
