We have no enforcement of our constitution, so we are up a creek. Where are our legal representatives suing every person in congress responsible for not upholding our constitution that they swore to do. THE CONSTITUTION DOES US NO GOOD IF NO ONE IS OUT THERE ENFORCING IT!

David Savage is the only one I see with any law suits! Don't we have legal council for us Americans! WHO IS OUR LAWYER? WE ARE LOOSING OUR COUNTRY SOOOOOO FAST I am afraid to blink!

AMAZING how the mainstream media completely dissed All voices at the teaparties- DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS! They could care less what anyone has to say unless it fits their specific agenda and power appreciation from the current administration and revenues. DO THEY REALIZE WE THE PEOPLE ARE THEIR VIEWERS! You are right Fox rocks - Certainly cant rely on MSNBC or CNN or any other mainstream media to inform us of what is REALLY going on in washington. Most media is unwilling to stand up for liberty and freedom on behalf of us people. They have frogotten us and they do not look out for us. Shame on them!

They are not Fox Tea Parties, They are the PEOPLES Tea parties. Washington has ignored us far too long. We the people want to be listened to.

Fox knows what an out of control government can do to a country who wants to control everything we do, say, hear, drive, and think.

When government steps into your living room maybe you will get the pictue.

I don't know why everyone is against Rush. He is definitely for America and the Constitution. Hello.... he is on our side and we should embrace all that are fighting for this constitution.... He tells it the way it is!

I think our lack of candidates or this list tells us something!

Problem is we don't know how and Obama knows it. It would take some mighty legal knowledge to do anything and I don't see anyone doing it! We do have some congress members fighting, and I would think it is quite obvious by now that Obama is NOT upholding the constitution as he swore to do. Acorn is armed with our tax dollars to do everyting on the ground to support him and the media is there for him also. An amazing takeover!

The sad thing is OUR SYSTEM FAILED US! The people of this country allowed such an individual to gain access to the presidency. People who don't even know who they are voting for get to vote just like the congress passes bills they dont read. The system failed us! The media failed us! I feel hopeless! The constitution has NO ONE to enforce it! It is there for us, but we cant enfore it! The damage is being done and here we sit!
