seriously? these girls are old enough to realize they are getting too much sun and need to go to the shade. another example of a cry baby mother. this mother would be the first to complain when, if her child was allowed to apply sunscreen, it got into her eyes. or if the teacher applied it, they rubbed in an "inappropriate" way.

Just wondering from all the comments AGAINST this BS, where are all the politicians that are willing to DO what we VOTE them into office for??? Get rid of the illegals, and put LEGAL citizens to work. I am very SICK at how this country keeps on REWARDING those that are LAZY and here ILLEGALLY!! Quit rewarding the irresponsible!!! No more welfare if you do not get a birth control shot and DRUG test!!

Uh, HE KILLED someone, mentally ill or NOT, SHE IS DEAD by HIS hands!! I do not care if he "was not in control of himself" , SHE is DEAD, because of HIM. He deserves to be put in a padded jail cell!!

whaa!! I live in a small town and pay 175 dollars every other month for water/sewer. 20 years ago, it was 13 a month. Garbage? 29 a month. Quit your whining!
