I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who's had to quit on a book because the print is too small :). My prescription did indeed change, and I'm eagerly waiting for my new contact lenses to come in. I may still need readers over them, but hopefully less powerful ones, and less often than I use them now. That font-adjustment feature is absolutely one of the best things about ebooks!

If I find out there IS such a secret, I'll definitely pass it along to you, but you have to promise to share it with me if you learn it first ;)! I expect to start using Overdrive for ebooks eventually, but I want to get through more of the ones I've purchased before I start on that.

I understand that the Overdrive app is glitchy sometimes, depending on what version you're using, and Idis have some trouble figuring out how to use the service at first. I think it's sorted out now, though. If your priorities change, you might want to give it another shot.

It was your thing with the Free Library of Philadelphia that made me look further into the other-libraries thing, to be honest, since I know you live nowhere near Philly. Thanks for the inspiration--I think I'm going to like the combination of Overdrive and the LAPL!
