I don't know if any of you fellow Americans have noticed it or not but there is something rather non-American about someone who disowns their own country to become an American citizen and then cannot seem to remember what country they belong to. Spanish Americans, Asians, German, ect. What difference does it make if you really LOVE this country why not put the needed effort to learn the language of this country. It would appear to me that what they really want is to bring their culture to this country and keeping their native language is really what makes them feel "Back Home". So what is it? Do they really want what this country has to offer and be wiling to adapt or do they really wish they were back home? Learn to speek English, it has been the recognized language of this country for over three hundred years.
And it is all because our money is worth almost nothing thanks to the unmerciful, braindead, continual, printing of money without that money being back by anything. So our companies move to another country, thanks to the folks that should be running our country instead of selling it out. And don't pick on Wal Mart as much of what we buy today comes from China or other countries close to China. And Ralph Lauren is no different than Columbia Sportsware that sports very high prices for goods manufactured in China.
If our current and past adminisrations had not spent so much time printing money that was not backed with gold, and digging a hole in our economy that we will probably never recover from and by letting our American companies become overcome with greed by having products made in China for a dollar and selling it here for a three or four hundred percent profit, a person couldl earn a living with a lot less money if that money was worth anything. When I got out of the Air Force in 1958, I could buy gasoline on eighty second ave. in Portland for .29 cents a gallon and you know they were not selling it without making money. Likewise, the oil companies were not supplying it for free. If they could make a living then at those prices just think at how we are being ripped off.
This selfish, greedy, overbearing, "big brother" crap has me sick to death with all their BS. It's just one more freedom they take away from the people. We are taxed to the point there is no adventure that doesn't have a fee of some sort or another. Now, going in the great outdoors has permits to park, fees to walk trails, licenses to hunt this or fish for that. A friend of mine went for a walk on the beach at Grayland and got a $100 dollar ticket before she got back because of a pass that she was not aware she had to have, just to walk on the beach. What the hell is that all about? So now the parks own the rivers, lakes and the ocean beaches? Wake up and smell the roses you guys, Big Brother is sticking it up our bottom and we are just taking it. It's time to fire the whole rotten bunch of greedy nogoods that have nothing left to do but take the last refuge we have and turn it into a tax store where you pay for even your air you breath.
Just what they would like, being supported in a prison system that will feed them and furnish medical assistance. Just deport them along with those who DO NOT SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. This country does not need a government that does not support the citizens of this country and instead caters to people who, from the very start, violate the laws by entering illegaly. The root cause of lawlessness in this country is starting at a very high level of the judicial system that rewards those who do not obey our laws and instead would remove God from our schools. Racial profileing my bottom, there are very few caucasons trying to get into Arizona. If my driver's license is required to show who I am, and I was born here, there is no excuse for not requiring it for people of Hispanic decent. In fact it should be insulting to those people who followed the rules.
My, my. I am so surprised. Actually I am even more surprised they didn't chop the evidence against the dept. sooner.
Well he has had almost four years to accumulate it. I wonder how he happened on to it? Ha Ha.
Please contain yourself "waif" and "ccpu" and try to address something that you are even remotely familar with. First, it is a fact that Mormons are first commited to obeying the law. If you were unaware of this then you obviously have gotten your information from the wrong person. And do not insult the readers of this posting by saying you are or were a Mormon as you obviously are only a gifted writer and the truth is far from you. And don't bother replying to this as I delete all replies before reading them. I feel it was a tragedy that the folks most able to keep the children from being in harm's way, dropped the ball and allowed this pervert to eventually murder them. Rest in peace little ones.
I guess we just have to get used to "Big Brother" eroding away our freedoms one by one until there is nothing left but the boob tube. In the last fifty years I have seen freedoms taken away in the form of where I can hike, where I can fish, when I can do it. Ect. Now an ocean race being forced to race in San Francisco Bay? Give me a break. And now they are concidering or have already mandated that the racers have to get a permit? Or something to that effect? When I first came to Washington state some fifty years ago, sturgeon cards, salmon cards, discovery passes, ect., and the list goes on and on, were non-existant. This is blatantly big brother interferrance. That accident was just that. A tragic accident. Even ships at sea have had the same. Would you stop ship traffic?
Let me get this straight, another two years and everybody will have to change their floresent light fixtures because they will no longer be able to buy the bulbs for them? Has big brother completely lost his mind. There are millions of people out here that cannot afford $22 light bulbs for their entire house. If we ever wondered if big brother has any idea of who the people he is supposed to be in "touch" with, are, this should tell us. As if we didn't already know. And I cannot help but ask the question, just what the heck is in a light bulb that cost $60 in the first place. Kinda reminds me of the unfair prices being charged for medicines, in this country, that take only pennies to produce but to other countries they are practically free.
