A cop came out one sunny day and told me I was going to have to shoot my daughters horse. I pointed to my six year horse and told the cop to tell my daughter why HE was going to have to shoot her horse. He declined and left. about six months later the horse died on his own. Have we come so far that we concider killing an animal "humane" yet deny a person the right to do the same when they are terminal with a terrible, terminal desease?
