I know. Lesbian WOMEN, trans WOMEN, poor WOMEN, disabled WOMEN. I have a tendency to focus on race and gender identity because they are my two main stigmatizers (I have an invisible disability), and as a female-bodied individual who identifies as neither woman nor man, I often find myself erased from all discourse.

I just think that sexual and gendered minorities come in far more varieties than just FEMALE and WOMEN. Dichotomous ideologies also tend to make us forget that transgendered individuals don't always adhere to binary identities (man/woman)... transgender is an umbrella term. We can be female but not women (or men)... most often, we fall through the cracks of even the most inclusive movements. I was just urging you not to erase us from a discourse that belongs to us too :)
