A fart tax would be a major component of the larger carbon footprint tax.

When the unemployment rate drops back to 10% he'll be talking about bag tax and bridge tolls again. It will be confusing. The streets will have been renamed, for people that don't live here, and the bridges too.

This is the kind of sound thinking that will lead us into the future- Go Sam.

I hope this doesn't delay Sam's announcement to leave office.

Don't worry, any design mistakes and cost overruns won't happen for another ten years at which point we'll need another bridge. Cheer up, the worst is yet to come.

About money spent recently: I saw snowplows during our recent snowstorm but they were all on TV.

tr28 apparently doesn't like proven solutions and I am glad footballmama isn't in charge. The four day work week makes perfect sense and they can prove it- cool. I don't mind paying superintendents a 6-figure salary because they have to listen to the sometimes clueless public and smile about it.
